Calema Windsurfing and Watersports will be hosting its 25th annual Calema Midwinters Windsurfing Festival on March 4-7 on Merritt Island.
This year's windsurfing festival includes the Bic Techno 293 North Americans and the Kona North American Championships , which will be the windsurfing qualifier for the very first youth Olympic Games in Singapore this summer.

JIMMY'S Beach will play host to some of worlds top windsurfing competitors over the next four days as the Oceanic and Australian Windsurfing Champion-ships get underway. A national windsurfing event of this level has never been held at Hawks Nest, with the Championships attracting the best windsurfers from all around the world.
Organising committee director of Windsurfing NSW and three-time defending champion of the event, windsurfer Sean O'Brien said Hawks Nest could very well be the east coast's best kept secret.

With just 2 races on the last day of the Fortaleza Formula Windsurfing Grand Prix it was all to play for.
The overnight windsurfing lead was held by Alberto Menegatti, however his position all but evaporated with a disastrous first race yesterday morning, when he finished 10th.

Ali Masters, Clevedon's young windsurfing sports star concluded the windsurfing season in style , securing the national sports title in men's RS:X class at the annual RYA/UKWA national windsurfing championships.
Having won a bronze medal at the world sports championships in the Youth Raceboard class in August, 18-year-old Masters was anxious to add a national title to his silverware collection.

Wednesday 5th August was the sixth out of eight windsurfing race nights that have been planned by Waterfront Sports Exmouth.
Since the beginning of the year the race night has been gaining momentum and now regularly has over 15 competitors.
