 Some of the biggest names in the world of wakeboarding sports will be competing for the hefty purse prize of $13,000 in Bull Shoals on Saturday. 25-year-old defending BROstock wakeboarding champion Danny Harf of Orlando, Fla., will be back defending his title against twenty-four of the world's top wakeboarding riders, with names such as: Shane Bonifay, Shawn Watson, and Phillip Soven to name a few.
Harf's competition comes at him worldwide - California, Florida, Texas, Washington, Australia and Canada. The BROstock wakeboarding event was founded by Liquid Force and is one of the world's largest wakeboarding events in the world, which will get underway this year at Bull Shoals.

 Among the designer boating gear, luxury yachts and exhilarating indoor wakeboarding performances, one furry pocket-sized water sports participant is making a tremendous splash at the 38th annual Minneapolis Boat Show.
This water-skiing squirrel is known as Twiggy and is the star entertainer at the five-day Minneapolis boat show event, performing for the astonished public on a miniature pair of skis in a custom-made pool.

 53 of the highest ranked Waterski and Wakeboarding athletes in the world will be arriving in Liuzhou in Central-Southwest China from 17 countries around the world to celebrate the Nation's 60th Anniversary Celebrations, media interest has been intensive from the moment the sports athletes arrived.
To date, the International Waterski & Wakeboarding Federation (IWWF) has completed 27 World Cup Wakeboarding Stops with two more yet to go in 2009.
