The transformation of turning working vessels into motor yachts isn't anything new, and heavy lifters such as tug boats and icebreakers are the class primarily selected for the conversion.
Formerly known as the Atlantic and the Vulkan, the Khozam is a 253.9-foot hauler designed and built in 1975 by Germany's Schichau-Unterwesser in Bremerhaven. Formally used as a support vessel for a luxury yacht in the Middle East, the Pastrovich conversion concept conceives keeping its 'historical' forward superstructure, funnel and two mast features the same.
