Although down sized, the annual Los Angeles Boat Show kicked off on Thursday. On hand signing autographs was Ashley Force-Hood at the Nordic Boats booth along with Dave's Custom Boats displaying a few vivacious Widebody models.

DCB's booth was a definite showstopper featuring its fire-engine-red 30 Sport Deck and the brand new M-31 Widebody boasting duel Mercury Racing HP700SCi engines along with the ultimate NXT1 drives painted in brilliant bright green to match.

In addition, Nordic was also launching their two new models, consisting of the Mercury Racing HP525EFI engine, the new 29 Deck Boat with its fine craftsmanship with speed capabilities of 83 mph. The second new model being the 21 CrossFire ski boat, available with single Mercury OptiMax outboards. Howard Custom Boats' was also nearby with its new 28 SCS catamaran - inspiration stemming from the company's stellar 28 Sport Deck platform featuring somewhat of a similar deck appearance and wraparound windshield as the 2009 36 Bullet model.
