Webber graduated from the School of Art & Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology and enjoyed a corporate career and then reverted to his number one passion, creative art.

The road to one of his portraits starts with sketches and photography followed by crayon or other art medium and finishes with the giclée process. The final picture could be a single vessel or maybe a composite of the subject from various views, depending on the specifications of the client. Webber is also a member of the Antique and Classic Boat Society and a variety of his art work is on display in the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY.
