C-12_Boat_1602903cRumours stemming from last month's Monaco boat show, allegedly the disciples of the day boat industry, Italian powerhouses Riva and Wally, were distracted by the arrival of new competition on the market. Amazingly enough, is that the new comer making it's big splash was developed and built in Britain.

C-boats first prototype, the C-12, informatively masterminded through the works of Jason Carrington, renowned in the designing and building of Open 60 and Volvo Ocean racing yachts.

The C-12 speed boat with its rear-mounted Steyr Diesel Engines deliver an astounding 236 horse power with planing capabilities at a whopping 45 knots. Not just extremely fast, but this speed left Riva rivals choking on beverages as the sexy C-12 made her harbour mark with a powerful demonstration turning-heads all along La Condamine.

C-12-0With styling by Jonathan Glynn-Smith of the Kinsman Glynn-Smith design house, the C-12 speed boat boasts JGS's signature hand-stitched leatherwork and de rigeur bespoke upholstertry. Undoubtedly, the C-12 speed boat raises the bar when it comes to must-have, ultra-spicy day boats.
